Welcome to Finobooks, a subscription-based application developed and managed by Finobooks. By accessing and using Finobooks (the "Service"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and accessing Finobooks, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

2. Description of Service

Finobooks is a subscription-based application providing access to various modules and features based on the selected plan. Access is managed via a User License Key and Module License Keys provided at registration.

3. Database Creation and Configuration

Database Setup: Upon subscription, we create and maintain a dedicated database for each user. This database can be hosted either on our secure cloud server or on your designated server, as per your preference.
Configurable and Migratable: The database setup is configurable and can be migrated as required, providing flexibility in meeting your operational needs.
Data Access: Finobooks does not store user credentials. We only access user data upon explicit request and authorization, ensuring your data privacy is protected.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are payable based on the selected plan. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Renewal: Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period. Renewal notices and any fee changes will be communicated in advance.
Termination by User: You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings. Access will be discontinued upon subscription expiry.
Termination by Finobooks: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or fail to make timely payments.

5. Data Security and User Privacy

High-Level Data Protection: We employ strong security measures including passkeys, encryption, and JWT token-based access to protect your data.
No Personal Data Storage: We do not store user credentials, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Access Control: All access is regulated through secure protocols to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

6. Modifications to Modules and Features

Finobooks may introduce, modify, or discontinue modules and features. Significant changes will be notified and are subject to these Terms.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use Finobooks in compliance with all applicable laws. Unauthorized access, tampering, or transmission of prohibited content is strictly forbidden.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, source code, and intellectual property in Finobooks are owned by Finobooks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Finobooks is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Finobooks shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Data Privacy

11. Amendments to Terms

Finobooks may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Telangana, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
